Nicola Muriuki attended the ICC’s 14th International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris last week. This event saw over 100 professional mediators from all over the world attend to mediate/judge/observe student teams from 66 universities, who sought to resolve international business disputes through mediation. The ICC’s International Centre for ADR also hosted interactive roundtables for the exchange of mediation experiences and the discussion of current topics and trends relevant to this area of ADR.
