For the first time in Europe, a specialised aviation court of arbitration and center for mediation has been established in The Hague. The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation works (HCAA) is a private non-profit initiative founded under Dutch law. Collectively, nearly 70 diverse aviation and arbitration attorneys, aviation executives and technical experts from around the world have worked together to form the HCAA. To read more click here
