We are delighted to announce that Nikhil Desai and Laura Lusiji are now Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). They were inducted by a host of reputable arbitrators in Kenya, including Dr. Wilfred Mutubwa, Chairman of the CIArb-Kenya after successfully completing various assessments, and meeting the requirements set out by CIArb. Fellowship is the highest grade of Institute membership and allows the use of the designation FCIArb.
